v2.7 has two amazing S-Rank agents and I can only pity one. Help me decide! Nangong Yu (Ether/Stun): Enhances Anomaly Buildup against stunned enemies. Last Angels of Delusion member. Cissia (Electric/Attack): Venom combat system, increased CRIT Rate. From Public Security. I have a Stun team already but my Electric team is weak.
