Patch 7.1 champion predictions — who will be broken?

Patch 7.1 brings K'Sante, Taliyah, and Skarner. My predictions: K'Sante: 100% BROKEN on release. His All Out mechanic turning tank into assassin will be busted until they nerf ratios. Permaban material. Taliyah: Will be balanced. Worked Ground mechanic limits spam, wall ultimate is high skill cap. Good addition. Skarner: SLEEPER OP. His rework passive gives him insane objective control. Crystal Spires + Dragon contest = unlosable. Mark my words. New runes Guardian and Ice Overlord will need hotfix nerfs within 2 weeks.
