OB53 leaked features — new character Ray looks OP

Just saw the Advance Server leaks for OB53. The new character Ray has a skill called 'Fatal Connection' that links enemies together. If one drops below 40% HP they get eliminated instantly, AND the skill resets on kill! This sounds completely broken for aggressive plays. What do you guys think? Will it be nerfed before release?
